About the RoleThe Senior Community Coordinator will oversee support staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
About You- You have a Master's degree and 5 years or more of experience in social services.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, mileage paid, and pension plan.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- An opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team.
- Supervise support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
