Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of our Service Centre, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

As a Service Centre Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our Service Centre is running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, and that our customers are always satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be the face of our Service Centre, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Ensure that our Service Centre is running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively
  • Deliver results-driven customer service that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements:

  • 3 years of management and/or leadership experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best
