About the Role

RSM, a leading global audit, tax, and consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team in Laval, France. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and conducting financial statement audits for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit teams and conduct financial statement audits for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, services, real estate, and agriculture.
  • Develop and implement audit methodologies, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to clients and management.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate audit findings and recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in auditing and accounting, preferably in a Big Four firm.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IFRS and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead audit teams.
