Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour's process and policy
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations
  • Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
  • Comply with Under Armour's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
  • Fluency in local language
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
