We are seeking a skilled Chauffeurs Supervisor to join our team at Driverseat Owen Sound. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring the highest level of service and safety for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bus drivers and dispatchers
- Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
- Recommend personnel actions and participate in the hiring process
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Health care plan
- Free parking available
- 35 hours per week
