Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our development team at HuntsBot, a one-stop outsourcing task, remote job, product ideas sharing and subscription platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in application backend development and 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails applications. They will be responsible for developing new web services with Ruby on Rails, suggesting performance improvements, and providing assistance with application architecture design.
The successful candidate will also have experience with unit testing (rspec, Jest, etc.) and knowledge of JavaScript, Postgres or MySQL. Knowledge of React, Solr, service workers architecture, and advanced SQL is a plus.
This is a long-term full-time (40 hrs/wk) contract role that can be hired as a contractor (payment/hour) or as an employee in more than 25 countries. The annual salary will depend on the candidate's country of residence.
