Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Team Lead to join our team at Domino\u2019s Pizza. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of our food and services, making adjustments as needed to ensure that we meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
