At Reliance Home Comfort, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional home comfort solutions. As a HVAC Technician Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring our customers' homes are comfortable and safe.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn and grow as a valuable member of our team, working alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Responsible for servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, and performing general inspections for residential customers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all types of appliances for residential users, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Perform other duties as required by your supervisor or designate, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the benefits of newer, high-efficiency equipment and providing expert advice on proper care and maintenance.
  • Maintain company vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they're always clean, safe, and ready for use.
  • Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call, building strong relationships with our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Meet our company requirements, including a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, and a valid Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
  • 2 years of HVAC experience, with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Registration in the Apprenticeship program, with a commitment to completing all required licenses and fees in a timely manner.
  • Effective communication and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid full G Driver's License, with the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
