- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth operation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, and inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
