Job Title: Building Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal outcome of cultivating and growing our donor base legacy pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell/Cross sell legacy donors to secure individual (current) gifts
  • Support internal and external email and call campaigns to generate leads
  • Work with Legal and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of gifts, tax receipts, and reporting
  • Support Donor Advisor with lead generation from Allied Professionals
  • Cultivate relationships and support Donor Advisor with the Stewardship Matrix
  • Communicate effectively and meaningfully to donors through emails, letters, surveys, reports, and stewardship updates to ensure communications adhere to brand guidelines
  • Use donor data and insights to support plans for donor engagement and 'asks'
  • Proactively manage relationships through face-to-face, telephone, and email contact, providing an individualized experience
  • Creatively identify and share knowledge on prospecting potential donors
  • Achieve OKRs and adjust actions based on metrics
  • Ensure prospected donors are stewarded by the appropriate philanthropy team to reach overall Philanthropic targets
  • Use CRM to analyze and input data from donors
  • Monitor planned giving and security inboxes to ensure requests are completed and fulfilled within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Administration and stewardship of donation of securities
  • Handle all incoming phone calls from the Planned Giving phone line and triage as needed
  • Support the Donor Advisor with the administration of life insurance policies, endowments, and other planned giving vehicles
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of fundraising experience in a customer-centric organization
  • A strong collaborator who can manage and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship building and business development skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales (or fundraising) performance metrics
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours to execute donor events and meet the needs of donors, partners, and volunteers
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
