Job Summary

Job Description

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, has partnered with Bass Pro Shops to open Sunglass Hut shop-in-shops inside Bass Pro stores across North America. We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to deliver personalized sales experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Actively participate in maintaining a positive store environment and contribute to a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Ensure the appearance of the store is maintained to a high standard, including displays and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
