About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team at Hexagon Construction Ltd. As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will have the opportunity to work on various construction projects, including residential and commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with experienced carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and a hard hat.
