Spectrum Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NSWOCC Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on wound, ostomy, and continence care management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered, safe, and holistic nursing care, working collaboratively with our team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that nursing care is based on current best practices, continually assessing and responding to the evolving needs of our patients.
  • Travel between patients' homes within a designated geographical region, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with community nursing experience being an asset.
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and completion of the NSWOCC course.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
