About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Critical Facilities Technician to join our operations team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site inspections and supervise building and data center alarms
  • Undertake repairs, corrective maintenance, and perform preventative maintenance on site critical infrastructure
  • Complete site logs and data gathering for basic permits
  • Respond to on-site incidents and provide assistance as needed
  • Complete routine work requests and circuit installations
  • Provide assistance during critical maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with the department and provide recommendations for general maintenance activities
  • Carry out basic infrastructure projects
  • Work 24/7, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with critical infrastructure, including troubleshooting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting, and manual dexterity
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and items up to 50 pounds
