The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most efficient method of shipment for goods
  • Schedule the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and verify bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems
  • Record any shortages or reject damaged goods
  • Route goods to their designated storage areas
  • Pack goods for shipping and unpack goods received
  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods
  • Process payments for goods

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
