Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and process rental requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate findings to staff daily.
- Process new rental contracts and coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues.
- Coordinate with drivers to arrange delivery of construction equipment to customer job sites.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure seamless rental experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
- Valid G driver's license is an asset.
- Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Comfortable with computers and knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
- Available to work overtime when required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
