Job Title: Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at P & D Cleaning Services.

Job Summary:

The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient laundry environment, ensuring that all laundry tasks are completed to a high standard, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including washing, drying, and folding laundry
  • Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
  • Sort and prioritize laundry tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of time
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a laundry or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift and move laundry equipment and supplies
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment:

The Laundry Attendant will work in a fast-paced laundry environment, with regular exposure to laundry equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
