**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Millwright (433A Licensed) to join our team in Oshawa, ON. As a direct-hire opportunity, this role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth potential in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians and tradespersons to address facility needs and ensure efficient equipment operations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems, pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot facility equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform mechanical repairs to address facility malfunctions and improve efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
  • ~433A Millwright License from Skilled Trades Ontario (mandatory).
  • ~ Experience with facility maintenance and industrial machinery repairs.
  • ~ Availability for overnight shifts and overtime as required.
