Job Description

We are currently looking for a Property Rentals Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based on 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient daily functions for property rental units.
  • Negotiate property rental contracts with current and potential tenants.
  • Oversee records on operating expenses versus income of market rental spaces.
  • Coordinate services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and repairs.
  • Establish effective marketing campaigns to promote vendors and the market.

Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary school required.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Property management, or related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property clerk, contract clerk, administrative officer, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of flea market-specific property rental management experience.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great problem solver with ability to anticipate, analyze, diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Superior organization and planning skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • A team player who can work effectively with others.
