Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

• Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in nearby sections with attention to detail and a smile.
• Create signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, and pour wine and beers with precision and flair.
• Prepare and clean the bar before and after each shift, including tasks such as making margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely preparation of drinks for guests in the dining area.
• Assist in managing audio-visual elements, including music, lighting, and TV programming.

• Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
• The ability to remain physically active and busy throughout the shift is essential.
• Lifting items up to 30 pounds is required.
• Previous bartending experience is not necessary but is considered an asset.
