Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for community members on user testing processes and feedback techniques
  • Develop and standardize assessment programs to evaluate the technological proficiency of community testers
  • Create personalized upskilling programs and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and stakeholders
  • Lead engagement initiatives to enhance the community experience and foster a sense of belonging
  • Utilize data-driven insights to solve complex problems and continuously improve community programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communication, Instructional Design, or Education, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or community management
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community or advocacy context
  • Proven track record in creating learning programs with both self-paced and live training components
  • Familiarity with project management and marketing automation tools

  • Experience in a growing start-up or small business environment
  • Established professional network within the industry for recruitment and partnership opportunities
  • Strong skills in data analysis and familiarity with business intelligence tools

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools in a fast-paced setting
