Key Responsibilities- Charter Logistics Planning: Develop and implement charter logistics plans to ensure efficient and effective execution of charter operations.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including charter sales, ground handling, and crew scheduling to ensure seamless charter operations.
- Aircraft and Crew Management: Manage aircraft availability, crew scheduling, and ground handling to ensure charter operations are executed safely and efficiently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety and security regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including charter sales, ground handling, and crew scheduling to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues and improve charter logistics processes.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in an operational airline environment in a supervisory or management position.
- Experience in airline operations, including flight operations, crew scheduling, ground operations, and charter logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with all respective departments.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task & work well under pressure.
