About the Role

Miska Trailer Factory is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our trailers by performing welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them accurately to meet our quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to understand the requirements of each project.
  • Metal Fabrication: Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to ensure a smooth and durable finish.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and management to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Work Schedule: Work 30 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
