• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead a team of site directors and managers to ensure effective management of operations, sales, and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure the success of our operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the continuity of our operations and the success of our clients.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
