At 21 Century, we're seeking a skilled Meat Processing Assistant to join our team. As a Butcher Trainee, you'll play a crucial role in preparing meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cleaning meats, cutting and trimming standard cuts, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, removing bones, grinding meats, and shaping, lacing, and tying roasts and other meats. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a physically demanding role.
