**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Nourishment Specialist to join our team at TEEMA Group Solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing top-notch nutrition care and education to our participants.

**Salary:** $83,200 - $93,600 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement personalized nutritional care plans that cater to the unique needs of our participants.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify nutritional problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our nutrition programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition to provide evidence-based guidance to our participants.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a registered dietitian, preferably working with geriatric populations.
  • Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) status is preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required auto insurance.
  • Medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
  • Pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to teach and provide nutritional guidance to participants and families.
  • Meet competency standards for the position.
  • Medically cleared and immunized before direct participant contact.
  • Pass a background check verifying eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid participation.
