Job Opportunity: Adult ESL Instructor

The Toronto District School Board is seeking a qualified Adult ESL Instructor to join our Enhanced Language Training Program.

Program Overview:

The Enhanced Language Training Program provides language training to newcomers to enable them to apply for, secure, retain, and progress in positions relevant to their professions or trades.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver language training to adult learners at various locations across the GTA
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of learners
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • TESL certification
  • Experience in teaching adult learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
