We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation team at IBI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex transportation projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, budgetary, and health and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of client relationships to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and support project leads and key project staff in areas such as project management, project and document controls, building and managing stakeholder relationships, and stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and tactical delivery plans.
- Communicate stakeholder requirements across multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and action feedback from stakeholders.
- Track, coordinate, and manage project tasks to support the clients and team lead.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, working groups, meetings, and focus groups.
- Maintain an overview of the commercial aspects of the project, including contract, invoicing, debt, and client management.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Support change management activities on projects, including development of change management strategies, plans, and tactics.
- Support operational readiness activities on projects.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor's University Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- 8+ years' experience in a change management, business process management, operational readiness, and/or stakeholder engagement role, ideally working in a complex environment.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- PMP and/or CCMP or Prosci certifications.
- Previous work within a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of the transit, transportation, and urban planning sector.
