Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our team at Specialized Marking Systems Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience operating flexographic presses and a strong understanding of production methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints
  • Plan and prepare production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and control ink fountains and colour viscosity to ensure optimal print quality
  • Collaborate with the press crew to set up, operate, and shut down the press
  • Remove and clean plates and cylinders at the end of each press run
  • Set up and adjust in-line binding and finishing equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience operating flexographic presses
  • Strong understanding of production methods and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a manufacturing environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
