Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Kellie's Film Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling capacity.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide accurate and reliable information.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
