About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Digital Coordinator to join our team at Tepperman's. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in driving our online sales and revenue through the development and execution of ecommerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Support ecommerce projects, such as website updates and post-launch evaluation/QA.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing or eCommerce.
  • Marketing eCommerce related work experience preferred, with strength in analytics.
  • Multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • English proficiency.
  • Excel, Word, Power BI, Google analytics, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Google Analytics Understanding or willingness to learn.
  • Basic to intermediate image editing skills (Photoshop).
  • Basic HTML/CSS web development skills or willingness to learn.
