Job Overview
In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving reliability initiatives that significantly impact safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and lead comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing equipment performance, reducing downtime, and promoting innovation.

About the Role
This position involves leading root cause failure analysis and implementing corrective actions for complex and repetitive failures. You will also develop proactive maintenance strategies, drive lean initiatives across processes, and ensure seamless execution of Condition Monitoring/PM activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead Root Cause Analysis Program development
• Analyze equipment histories to identify and address specific repetitive failures
• Drive lean initiatives to optimize process efficiency
• Develop and administer downtime tracking program
• Regularly review downtime reports and equipment histories to identify solutions for reoccurring maintenance problems
• Lead Plant Condition Monitoring/PM Program development
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner/Scheduler/Area Leaders to ensure correct Condition Monitoring/PM activities are scheduled and performed when due
• Develop and lead Plant Lubrication Program, including oil analysis administration
• Apply value analysis to inform maintenance decisions
• Specify standard repair techniques for major repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planner/Scheduler/Area Leaders to develop job scopes for unique jobs
• Establish standardization processes influencing new construction and equipment purchases
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through extended parts life, reduced labor costs, and other improvements
• Participate in design reviews for capital additions and plant layout changes to ensure maintainability
• Approve new installations and technologies ensuring their maintainability and reliability
• Train, develop, and mentor internal resources and key stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years' industry experience
• In-depth practical knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Comprehensive understanding of Maintenance and Reliability systems and process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and applicable LP programs
• Ability to interpret and apply HR, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
• Knowledge of engineering and design principles
• Basic budgeting and financial analysis skills

Education:
• Associate's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:
We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 based on your qualifications and location.
