We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated Parts and Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented branch that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the success of our service department by ensuring we have the necessary supplies and information to keep our equipment available while meeting customer requirements.

  • Provide excellent customer relations through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions;
  • Offer administrative, warranty, and invoicing support;
  • Serve as the direct liaison between staff and customers;
  • Provide repair and service quotes to customers;
  • Ensure technicians have parts ordered and allocated to the proper equipment;
  • Enter work orders for internal machines and allocate parts to specific work orders;
  • Monitor and track outstanding parts orders;
  • Run daily reports to monitor business functions;
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate timely repairs;
  • Submit warranty claims;
  • Monitor and maintain parts inventory;
  • Oversee the repair process;
  • Invoice orders as needed.
