The Senior Director of Hydrogen Projects is a senior leadership role that requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing mega projects in Western Canada. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, drive project delivery, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for hydrogen projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term goals.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of hydrogen projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies to design, construction, and commissioning.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of hydrogen production, storage, and distribution technologies to guide project development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with hydrogen projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required. Minimum of 25 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large capital projects, preferably in Western Canada.
