About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpentry Assistant to join our team at BAL CONSTRUCTIONS. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other necessary structures.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix and apply materials such as concrete and asphalt as required for the project.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble, debris, and other waste materials from construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by directing traffic and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
