Job Summary

Modern Hardware is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for governing all security aspects in our IT solutions, ensuring compliance to security guidelines and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement access control models to ensure security awareness among product teams.
  • Oversee and govern identity and access management (IAM), including role creation and modification, user creation and assignment, and assignment of structural authorizations.
  • Work with business and project teams to govern SAP/middleware access requests and related issues.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to roles & authorization, and implement a testing strategy for credentials management, code quality, vulnerability assessment, secrets management, and other roles & authorization related development.
  • Provide support for safe code migrations in all Cloud environments for SAP applications and/or middleware platform.
  • Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews, and prepare and maintain security-related documents as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the IT Security field.
  • In-depth knowledge of entitlements and access control, as well as various protocols for tracking records such as LDAP.
  • Strong SaaS/Application/Network security knowledge and experience, with extensive experience and knowledge in areas such as application security, middleware management, data security, identity and access management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and standards, network layer technologies, and SCA and SAST tools.
  • Experience in disaster recovery, test and evaluation, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and configuring SAP security solutions, such as GRC Access Control, Identity Access Governance, and SAP Enterprise Threat Detection.
  • Ability to foresee IT risks and implications on SAP ERP programs, with the ability to identify weaknesses and recommend solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in threat modeling frameworks, such as OWASP Top 10, STRIDE, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Leadership skills, experience working with various stakeholders, and experience using Jira for Agile software development.

Education and Certification

  • University degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
