- Plan and optimize service routes to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze schematic drawings and product manuals to repair parts and components.
- Diagnose faults using testing devices and implement effective solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty electrical appliances and components.
- Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on work performed and equipment condition.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in appliance repair.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
- Mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Full-time employment with 40 hours per week.
