Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Driver to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a Companion Driver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport clients to various locations as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Provide socialization, conversation, and emotional reassurance to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist clients with groceries and parcels, and help them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their physical needs are met.
- Observe and communicate any changes or concerns in clients' physical, emotional, or environmental conditions to Spectrum management.
Requirements
- Valid G license with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Clear driver's abstract.
- Class 07 Rider required as a condition of employment.
- Updated Immunization record, including a TB Test.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Report.
- Compassionate and passionate about helping others.
