Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient operations and maximize productivity
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Recruit and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support the organization's goals
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee development and engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Judgment and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
