Job Title: Business Analyst - Healthcare IT

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our healthcare IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
  • Develop and implement business process improvements
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps for user requirement management
  • 3+ years of experience creating product requirements documents
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare web applications/solutions
Knowledge Transfer:

The successful candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer to the Foilocn team before the end of the engagement. This will include sharing key deliverables, milestones, and documentation.

The candidate must provide all related documentation as part of the knowledge transfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriate leads and signed off by the manager/director.

The candidate will work collaboratively with the Foilocn team throughout the assignment and ensure key deliverables, milestones, and documentation are shared.

A walkthrough of any demos, development, etc. will be required before the end of the engagement.
