Division Manager

Brandt is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Coastal British Columbia area, based out of Surrey. Reporting to the VP of Operations - BC, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with several years of progressive management experience.
The Division Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of the Surrey, Nanaimo, and Campbell River branches, achieving asset management and market share goals, managing and developing all employees, and overseeing account receivables of branches within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual budgets for the branches within the assigned area of responsibility
- Achieve sales growth and profitability of all areas in division within whole goods, parts, and service departments
- Meet asset management goals of turns and aging, protect company assets, and provide the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
- Manage and develop all employees within the division to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
- Establish targets for managers and evaluate their performance using KPIs provided by the company
- Achieve market share goals for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
- Provide market feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
- Manage division account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
- Maintain an ongoing presence at assigned branches to provide leadership and supervision
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Coordinate and participate in events, including customer fly-ins, open-house, and industry events
Requirements:
- A professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable style with a strong problem-solving ability to positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on developing and maintaining good customer relations
- Valid passport required for travel
