Senior Data Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Associate to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit vendor records against payroll and internal HR databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze compliance testing results and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist with plan compliance activities, including timely filings and data collection for annual plan audits and valuations.
- Oversee benefit plan data integrity by supervising vendor interfaces, recommending improvements, and storing key documents.
- Coordinate monthly benefit account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare quarterly plan reports.
- Support benefit team on day-to-day administration, resolving employee concerns, special projects, and initiatives.
- Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution of global Recognition and Wellbeing programs.
