At Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC, we are proud to be a leading beverage manufacturing company in Canada.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and maintain facility equipment to ensure it meets company standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily Quality Improvement (QI) metrics and provide recommendations for resolving quality issues.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and HR, to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a maintenance/manufacturing environment, managing a team.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement principles.
