Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Comsense Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical problems, using tools such as shell scripts and device drivers.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
  • Manage incidents and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking security and server administration.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel required.
