Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team at NearSource Technologies in Canada. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a productive and comfortable work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Workplace Maintenance: Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and ready for use. Regularly check and maintain the spaces to keep them in top condition.
- Office Support: Handle and resolve office-related questions and problems efficiently.
- Employee Experience: Create a great experience for everyone, including employees, new hires, visitors, and guests.
- Supply Management: Order and restock food, snacks, and office supplies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams like AV/IT, Security, and property management to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Acumen: Stay connected to the business to understand how providing a great workplace impacts the team.
- Reporting and Documentation: Track and manage reports, metrics, and documentation on SharePoint.
- Process Improvement: Support the team by documenting processes, suggesting improvements, and identifying workflow issues.
- Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to ensure good service and maintain strong relationships.
- Ticket Management: Use the workplace ticketing system to handle service requests, repairs, and maintenance needs efficiently. Close tickets promptly after completing the work.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or hospitality.
- Skills: Knowledge of building control systems, environmental systems, workplace technology, and audio/visual is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer Service: Friendly, energetic, and professional customer service attitude.
- Flexibility: Flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Organization: Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detail-oriented.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage workload independently.
- Collaboration: Able to collaborate with other departments in the company.
