Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and optimize sales
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
