We are seeking a skilled Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing estate litigation files, providing legal services and advice to clients, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Manage estate litigation files and provide legal services and advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Prepare application records, affidavits, and other legal documents
  • Attend and prepare for motions, negotiations, and mediations
  • Issue demand letters and other correspondence

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized institution
  • Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO)
  • Experience and exposure to estates, trusts, wills, power of attorney, capacity matters
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to manage a busy caseload
