Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Respond to emergency situations and take charge of security operations as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:
