Job Title: Project Director - Data Quality Management

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the implementation of Data Quality Management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Quality Management plan to ensure accurate and reliable data across the organization.
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders and stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on data quality management best practices and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful implementation of data quality management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including union representatives, to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of data quality management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as nursing or healthcare administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a complex healthcare environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or change leadership.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of nursing legislation, statutes, regulations, and professional standards of practice.
  • Competency in project planning, implementation, management, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and evaluation metrics and translate information into process and quality improvement.
