Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our retail team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare meat products for our customers.
  • Meat Preparation: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts, clean and prepare fish and shellfish, and slice cooked meats.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and physical demands.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a meat cutting or related role.
  • Language: English.
